REDUCING OUR IMPACT ON FORESTS THROUGH INNOVATION AND RESPONSIBLE SOURCING.
As one of the world's largest buyers of wood pulp, we know that protecting our forests is critical to addressing climate change, conserving biodiversity and enduring a resilient, healthy supply chain. Together with consumers, customers, suppliers, the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), WWF and other NGOs, we're ensuring the responsible sourcing of wood fiber. We are also helping to drive consumer demand for FSC-certified products while investing in the development of sustainable, alternative fibers.
We are innovating new sources of material designed to meet people’s everyday needs while caring for the planet and creating value for our business. This includes sustainable alternative fiber innovation like using wheat straw in tissue, to reduce our use of fiber sourced from natural forests.Learn more
